How to play
Drag a brick across the board with your finger. When it reaches the gate of its own colour and nothing is in the way, it slides out. Clear every brick before the clock runs out to win the level. The clock starts with your first move.
New pieces arrive as you play, such as locked bricks and keys, ice, wind-up bombs, toy trains and sliding gates, and a short card explains each one the first time it appears. If the clock runs out, you can add 30 seconds and keep playing, with coins or, when one is available, by watching a video. Each new level you win pays coins and bricks, and the bricks build Brick Town on Home.
Boosters
Freeze stops the clock for a few seconds, Hand lets you pick up any brick and place it anywhere, Rocket blasts a brick off the board, and the UFO beams up every brick of the colour you tap. They unlock during your first levels, and you can get more with coins in the game. Later you can also take boosters into a level: Head Start (more time on the clock), Opening Rocket and Wild Gate (one gate takes any colour for a few bricks).
Hearts
You have five hearts, shown on Home. A level that you lose, give up or restart costs one heart, and hearts come back with time.
Purchases and Restore
BlockFlow offers optional in-app purchases in the Shop. Open the game with an internet connection and allow pending purchases to finish. If an item is still missing, contact us with the product name and the Apple order reference. Do not purchase the item again just to troubleshoot.
Use Restore purchases in Settings for eligible permanent purchases, such as Remove Ads. Restore does not refill coins or boosters you have already received or spent. Apple handles billing and refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Progress and connection issues
The Shop, the Ranking, purchases and the online backup of your progress need an internet connection. If the game finds saved progress that differs from the progress on your device, it asks which one to keep: This device or Saved progress. If progress appears missing, contact us before uninstalling or resetting the game.
Account
BlockFlow needs no account: you play as a guest. Settings → Account is only for connecting the game to a partner account with a link code that the partner gives you. If you have no code, you can leave it empty.
Ads and ad privacy
Ads are videos that you choose to watch for a reward. Settings → Ad privacy choices opens Google’s privacy options wherever they apply. You can allow or refuse tracking at any time in your device’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Privacy and deletion requests
Email hello@pollflow.io to request access, correction or deletion of your data. Describe your game profile, such as your display name on the Ranking and the level you have reached, so we can locate it; we may need to verify the request. Read our privacy policy for details.
