Please include your Player ID (at the bottom of the game’s Settings; tap it to copy), your device model, iOS or Android version, game version, the level and a description of the issue. A screenshot can help. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
How to play
Tap a free tile: one with nothing on top of it and an open side on its left or right. It moves into the tray under the board, and two alike in the tray vanish as a pair. When four different tiles fill the tray, the level is lost, so look for a tile’s twin before you take it. Clear every tile to win the level. Blocked tiles are shown darker; tap one to see what holds it.
Some tiles are special: frost cracks as you take pairs next to it, chains open when the tiles with the key are gone, bamboo lids lift after a number of pairs, and a lantern goes out if you do not free its tile within its count of pairs. A short card explains each one the first time it appears.
Helpers
Undo takes your last tile back, Hint shows a good pair, and the Magnet pulls out every tile of the kinds you pick. You start with a few of each and can earn more in chests and islands or buy them with coins in the Shop. When the tray is full, you can take your last tile back with an undo or open one extra place for that attempt.
Lives
You have five lives, shown on Home. A lost level, or starting a level over after a move, costs one life, and lives refill over time. The daily challenge costs no lives.
Purchases and Restore
LanternFlow offers optional in-app purchases in the Shop. Open the game with an internet connection and allow pending purchases to finish. If an item is still missing, contact us with the product name and the Apple or Google order reference. Do not purchase the item again just to troubleshoot.
Use Restore purchases in Settings to bring back removed ads on a new install or device. Coins and helpers are used up once delivered and are not restored by the store.
Progress and connection issues
The game plays offline. The Shop, purchases and the online backup of your progress need an internet connection. If progress appears missing, contact us with your Player ID before uninstalling or resetting the game.
Rewards from partner apps
If you play LanternFlow for rewards in a partner app such as Rewly, open the game from that app so your progress is linked. Levels are confirmed by our server; it can take a little while for a milestone to show in the partner app. If a milestone is missing, open LanternFlow from the partner app once more, and contact the partner app’s support if it still does not appear.
Delete my data and privacy requests
Open Settings → Delete my data and confirm. This erases your profile, progress, coins and helpers on our server and on your device, and the game starts fresh. It needs an internet connection and cannot be undone.
