Please include your Player ID (at the bottom of the game’s Settings; tap it to copy), your device model, iOS or Android version, game version, the level and a description of the issue. A screenshot can help. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
How to play
Tap an arrow and it slides off the board the way it points. If something is in its way, it bumps and you lose one of your three hearts. Clear every arrow to win the level. Look before you tap: some arrows have to leave before others can.
On big boards, pinch to zoom; double-tap an empty spot or use the fit button to see the whole board again. New kinds of arrows arrive as you play, each with its own lesson level. Stuck? Hint shows an arrow that can leave right now, Pop smashes any arrow, Rush sends off every arrow that can leave at once, and Shield stops your next bump from costing a heart.
Lives and hearts
You have five lives, shown on Home. A lost level costs one life, and lives refill over time. Inside a level you have three hearts: each bump costs one, and when the last one is gone the level is lost unless you choose to keep playing.
Purchases and Restore
ArrowFlow offers optional in-app purchases in the Shop. Open the game with an internet connection and allow pending purchases to finish. If an item is still missing, contact us with the product name and the Apple or Google order reference. Do not purchase the item again just to troubleshoot.
Use Restore purchases, at the bottom of the Shop and in Settings, for eligible permanent purchases. Restore does not refill coins or boosters you have already received or spent. The store handles billing and refund requests: Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play through Google Play’s refund help.
Notifications
After you have played a few levels, the game explains its reminders and then shows your device’s permission request. Notifications are optional, and the game plays the same without them. Switch them on or off at any time under Settings → Notifications in the game, or in your device’s settings.
Progress and connection issues
The Shop, the Ranking, purchases and the online backup of your progress need an internet connection. If progress appears missing, contact us with your Player ID before uninstalling or resetting the game.
Delete my data and privacy requests
Open Settings → Delete my data and confirm. This erases your profile, progress, coins and boosters on our server and on your device, and the game starts fresh. It needs an internet connection and cannot be undone.
You can also email hello@pollflow.io to request access, correction or deletion of your data. Include your Player ID so we can locate your profile; we may need to verify the request. Read our privacy policy for details.
